End user review of software. Two thumbs up - Overall, the best review I can give is the month that my phone was broke, I was behind and lost on task due to not having onhand access of the app. The software and app lets me stay ahead and complete task or make work orders and keep moving. Without it we end up fighting fires and responding instead of anticipating issues.
