Since becoming their customer back in 2012, I have experienced nothing but excellent service, great speed and good value for the dollar. I had a few issues with rapid increase in traffic during the a championship in 2013 (I have a gymnastics related site), but was able to upgrade my plan quickly with the help of the support team and I did not experience any site crashes and did not loose precious visitors.
