“Robust feature set” Pros: There's a lot you can do in eSilentPartner in terms of resource planning and reporting. Certainly helps manage a team and their assignments. Cons: It looked outdated and was a little clunky. It had a lot of capabilities but the team didn't like it because of how old it looked. Switched From: Basecamp
