“After almost 10 years with this product..........” Pros: It's focused! I am not slugging through a bunch of 'features' that have no relevance to my industry. They understand the 'service' sector and what we struggle with Cons: Really, I have no complaints. I have used this product for almost 10 years and I have witnessed its evolution. Quite impressive! Recommendations to other buyers: Many times I see people struggle with forcing a software product to do things their way. Let go, let the software guide you.
