People can work from multiple locations hence we saved a lot of time and money on travelling. RouteTo users keep the work going in the absence of primary users. We can track performance based on date & time the activity moves from one approver to another and therefore identify bottlenecks. It bridged the barriers across departments, as well as up and down the organogram hence efficiency. Therefore, we are able to achieve targets that were never met from the beginning of the project.
