We have been with itNow for over fifteen years. I have been able to operate my business without once being nervous about anything related to our all-important computer systems. That includes robust backup systems, network speed and reliability, and protection against hackers and ransonware. Software updates and patches are seamless. ItNow has beautifully established and managed our customized email systems. Anytime a software glitch occurs, itNow techs are super responsive and resolve problems often in less than an hour with remote technology. The techs are pleasant, very knowledgeable, and really patient. A shout out to Jeremy, Ian, and Kaden. Damon and Andrew in the past also. When we set up our new offices in Bountiful and Brigham City, Mike McGinty and Merrill Sampson were on site and set things up perfectly (those two guys are really amazing). I cannot say enough about how competent and professional itNow is. You simply cannot go wrong with these folks.
