I have three job postings up through JobTarget. NO applicants. You can't speak to anyone directly, you have to set up a time to talk which can be days later. Then you're told to research how long it takes you to apply for the role (it took me less than a minute) via your own links, then you're told to buy their most expensive package commiting to a four month subscription to get better results. There are also times where the jobs don't post and you have to find this out on your own - they do not have a system of checks and balances. It's a waste of time and money to work with JobTarget. I really expected better results and at the very least, good customer service to resolve issues.
