Pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to use salesforce. I was expecting some kind of complicated interface, but there were so many features that made my life easier as an employee - like being able just log into the system with one account and not having different profiles everywhere! Plus if you want more information on what's happening in your company or industry at any given time? They've got all those too- they're even electoral friendly!!
