Overall: Overall from the sales, through implementation, through use, the entire process has been very smoothe! Pros: Astera saves me about 1-2 hours of data entry work every single day. The support team is great & replies in an extremely quick manner! Cons: Everything i have found about the software's ease of use has been great so far. The only issue is that The original formatting is tough to learn, however their support team walks you through & assists as need be
