Most of my support tickets were answered almost instantly and those that weren’t took two hours at most not just to be answered but to be resolved. Excellent (Short of Words to Describe) With my association with GTHost instant server hosting, it's been just Top Notch and Excellent. The support is the best I have ever had, second to none.
