ProProfs is a fantastic tool that you can use to build a great workforce. We use it for hiring, onboarding, training, and employee engagement. The great thing about this tool is that it allows you to create both knowledge tests and personality assessments on the same platform. It even lets us conduct remote video interviews making the hiring process super-seamless. While we’re particularly impressed by its hiring-oriented functionalities, we recommend it for any of the use cases I’ve mentioned above. It has provided a great experience on all counts.
