Overall: Very helpful, this CRM allowed us to get more organized in our process and provides great visibility to our performance. Pros: Easy to manage and customize. Love that it is easy on the eyes, very color and fun to play around with. Cons: More options for automations/integrations. Challenging to set up proper automations for non-tech people.
