I've had a positive experience with i2x over the last three years. What I especially like is that the implementation specialist that installed our system has stayed on our case and is still the person handling any ongoing support needs. This means that a relationship can be built, and that we don't have to explain the ins and outs of our system whenever we have a support query (which doesn't happen often). Even the administrative department that handles the billing has been very responsive and accommodating.
