I had some issues on my website in transferring it to the new dashboard of Z.Com. At first, I was escalating these issues to a Support Agent, however, the instructions that the agent is giving is unclear and some of the questions are unanswered. Leading for issues being unsolved by almost 2-3 days. But I have connected to a new support agent and she helped me solved my issues in just a couple of minutes. Very responsive, her details about the issue are complete and clear. Discussing also what should I do next. Very well done for this agent! Huge thanks to Veronica for helping us solved all of our issues. I'm giving Z.Com 5 stars because of her efforts! Most of the support team is very helpful. I just hope all of them will be just like the support agents that help solved all of my issues. Or even if they cannot solve it right away, can give out clear instructions and details.
