I've been using Klaviyo for a while now and it definitely has some great features. The ability to automate email campaigns and track analytics is impressive. However, I've had some issues with the UI being a bit clunky and difficult to navigate at times. Additionally, their pricing can be a bit steep compared to other similar tools. Overall, Klaviyo is a solid choice if you need advanced email automation, but it might not be the best fit for everyone.
