My experience with Klaviyo has been less than ideal. I've found the interface difficult to use and getting the support I need has been a challenge. Additionally, the cost of the service seems to outweigh the value provided. Overall, I'm not convinced that Klaviyo is the right fit for my business, and I'm actively exploring other options.
