I gave Salesforce a chance, but it was a complete disaster. The UI was a nightmare and I couldn't figure out how to do anything. The software was slow and glitchy, making it a pain to work with. To top it off, the customer support was unhelpful and didn't seem to care about my issues. I regret wasting my time and money on this platform.
