Pros: The software is quite well-structured and intuitive. It's not too complicated to understand. We did not need anyone to teach us. Cons: Finally, maybe one or two things in the program are a little more abstract but nothing more. No other drawbacks encountered. Overall: We are using NewWaySERVICE since 2019 and don't regret it. We got help from their technical support department when we needed it. Yes, we would still recommend it.
