Despite being a CPA and using their platform for over two years, it's been anything but satisfactory. The standout issue is their customer service, which consistently involves extensive wait times on the helpline. This makes it incredibly frustrating when you're in need of prompt assistance. Additionally, I've faced persistent challenges with email and file porting, which significantly impede productivity. This recurring technical problem should not be a regular occurrence, especially for a service critical to accounting operations. Downtime has become a recurring headache, disrupting vital tasks and causing unnecessary delays. This level of inconsistency is simply unacceptable for a platform meant to provide seamless hosting for crucial financial data. Given these ongoing difficulties, it's becoming increasingly hard to justify sticking with Right Networks. A service like this must live up to its promises, especially in terms of customer support and technical reliability. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen short of expectations. I'd strongly advise others to thoroughly weigh their options before committing to Right Networks for their QuickBooks hosting needs.
