New Breed took our HubSpot experience to the next level I can't say enough about how great this company has been to work with. New Breed streamlined and automated the process between sales and onboarding, allowing us to more quickly onboard new customers, leading to faster acceptance of our program and a higher retention rate. Wayne Kelley, Revenue Operations Strategist, is an invaluable person to work with. He takes the time to listen to what the issue is, where we want to go and helps to translate that into HubSpot, be that workflows, forms, pipelines, etc. He comes prepared to every meeting, has done work that was on his list and provides a summary email. He truly feels like a member of our team. New Breed helped us move our support ticketing system from another provider into HubSpot.
