I've been using Host Media mainly to host my emails and holding pages for three websites. They were the most cost-effective solution for what I need. The fact that you can host unlimited websites is good. And I loved being able to choose server location. Reliability-wise, I haven't noticed any hiccups with my email availability or anything else. I've used chat support for tech questions and also ticket support for a billing issue at the start. All was very swift and friendly.
