"Everything we wanted." Overall: Whatspot has been great to work with. When we had an issue, they were quick to resolve it and even rolled out a new update based on our feedback within just a few days. Pros: We were looking for a software with some specific criteria, including that it was public-facing so users didn't have to create an account to book a reservation, but we still had the ability to approve or deny listings. Cons: I do wish we had the ability to embed it on a website, and to set specific hours for specific spots.
