My site was unable to load, but gave me a message to do something to the php files. I am not really technically minded at all, so I wrote a support ticket. My detailed answer came back in minutes and it is only because of my lack of tech skills that I thought I would go on Live Chat to see if I could have someone walk me through. Again, I didn't wait long at all and an amazing technical wizard called Mark came to the rescue. All I had to say was I have a problem and he said he would have a look, then seconds later he said "try it now". My site was back and working perfectly! I am so happy with the service at NETSHOP.
