I migrated my X-cart shopping cart at a php 7.4 level to woocommerce at php 8.2 and used LitExtension for the migration of my data. I add multiple layers of security to my live X-cart site, which made it difficult to migrate my images. Circle, the consultant working with me on my migration was very patient and helpful. In the end, I chose to 'redo' all my images with better resolution, so, ended up not migrating my X-cart images. My customer orders, and account details were migrated with only a couple of issues, (like order number and customer number were not migrated). Circle was able to correct those problems. I was totally brand new to wordpress and woocommerce 3 weeks prior to migrating my products, customer names/addresses and orders. Circle helped me get much of my migrated data setup, with some 'tweeking' on my part after the migration was completed. I will recommend LitExtension migration product, with the caveat that to migrate customer passwords, requires a comparable PHP level on your Live store. Since I didn't want to 'break' my existing live cart, I decided to have the few returning customers that come to my store, just reset their password on my new store. My thanks to Circle for his patience and assistance in my migration.
