This is strictly related to the onboarding of the open enrollment with Heather Cannon. Heather is helpful , well-informed, personable and Excellent at customer service. She takes her time and explains everything thoroughly, and I had many questions. This is my 2nd year working with Heather with open enrollment and i hope she continues to be our go to girl on this annual reunion. I think we had a smooth transition.
