I have been a customer of WPFond for some time, and to be honest, their lack of communication and support has been their biggest downfall. I’ve tried reaching out to them via online chat and support messages, but they NEVER respond on the chat. Their support messages take ages, and they falsely claim to have contacted me. I’ve specifically asked to be connected directly to discuss why I’m being charged nearly $20 per month. They sent a message saying they called me, but ironically, I have no missed calls or voicemails from them. Their behavior is becoming deceptive. Don’t fall for their tricks!
