It has grown quite a bit since Koddos became my offshore web host, but their support staff and policy have never faulted. Ticket support is there when we need it, even in the middle of the night! Good server host. Getting a site up and running is the most likely time that problems arise and they answered my questions quickly and I was back online within a few days of losing my host.
