This service is used by the City of Austin Property Tax Assessor for citizens to pay property taxes. It is frustrating to figure out who you should talk to if there is a problem. There was a problem with my account and no one notified me. So I get a bill in the mail for taxes that I'd called twice to make sure were paid. When the deduction had not been made at my bank, I called again. Evidently I could have or should have called EZ Net Pay about this. Well, it's just another case of pointing fingers at one another. The city can find a more user friendly and personable company to work with.
