We have fully implemented it with the applicant tracking/recruiting efforts including sending employees onboarding paperwork through the integration, offboarding procedures, benefits management and enrollment and much more. It has allowed us to transition to a more digital rather than paper organizational system allowing us to better support our managers in employee needs.
