If you're thinking of joining or doing business with Provab Technosoft Pvt. Ltd., let me warn you in the strongest possible terms: STAY AWAY. This company is one of the most unprofessional, unethical, and dishonest organizations I’ve ever encountered and I say this after dedicating 10 years of my life to them. I worked tirelessly, often 16 hours a day, never saying no to any task no matter how difficult or unreasonable. I gave my 100% every single day. But when I asked for my rightful release, the company turned its back on me in the most disgusting way. They refused to give me my experience letter, withheld over ?2 lakh of my salary, and even denied my last month’s working days payment as well. Instead of a proper exit process, I was met with threats, legal intimidation, and completely unethical behavior. They thought they could silence me with fear but I’m not staying silent. I've already taken legal action against them. And I’m not alone. This is not a one-off case this is a pattern of abuse. Many former employees have faced similar exploitation. The reviews you see online praising the company? Most of them are fake or forced. Employees are blackmailed into writing 5-star reviews in exchange for their documents. If they refuse, their papers are held hostage, and they’re treated like slaves. Let’s talk about clients: The so-called “flagship product,” Travelomatrix, is a joke. It’s nothing more than a recycled, copy-paste project. One client’s work is duplicated for another same functionality, same loopholes just a new skin and logo. Even minor bug fixes are intentionally delayed for days just to squeeze more money from clients. Something that takes 10 minutes is dragged out for 5 days with inflated charges. When they want payment, they’ll spam you day and night. But when a client raises an issue, they’re ignored. Developers with just 1-2 years of experience are passed off as “experts,” and when clients request interviews, employees are asked to lie and appear under fake names. Their “demo projects” and “clients” showcased in presentations? Just 2–3 recycled names, usually maintained through commissions for fake reviews. Smoke and mirrors. If you’re a job seeker — think twice. You’ll break your back for them and still be treated like garbage. If you’re a potential client — be ready to be overcharged, ignored, and delivered sub-par, plagiarized work. If you value your time, money, and dignity, do yourself a favor — stay far away from this fraudulent company. You’ve been warned. The choice is yours.
