Next week sees the 10th anniversary of using Birch Hosting. Every ticket I've opened has been responded to quickly, and thoughtfully when it was due to my lack of knowledge. During this time I can'r remember any major outage and the monitoring services I use show consistent good performance. I've had no hesitation to recommend Birch to friends and colleagues.
