Avoid Ratepunk. Charged $104 for auto-renewal of a service I NEVER used. Contacted support immediately — got a cold “no refund, it’s our policy.” Yes, policies matter. But basic human understanding matters more. Keeping money for a service never used is simply wrong. Feels like a trap, not a customer-focused company.
