Kanban is a simple solution to track individual and team tasks. You can use the boards individually or shared, assign tasks to different employees, and change the priority. Tasks can be coloured and added to "swimlane" columns to easily see what needs to be done. Tasks can also be filtered by timelines, such as overdue, due this week, etc., which is incredibly helpful for planning. Would definitely recommend.
