I have used host-ed.net for my web sites for 2+ years and always found their technical support and up time excellent. Recently I had a problem with one of my wordpress plugins. For some reason after upgrading it was not loading properly. At the begging I hesitated whether to contact them or not since it didn't look like a server issue, but decided to give it a shot anyway. I sent a ticket to the support and within 40 minutes they had already pinpointed the problem which was the usual missed ";" symbol in one of the plugin's files. They saved me a lot of time and trouble. If I had to fix this myself I would probably still be dealing with it - yeah I have absolutely no talent for programming. Host-ed might not be one of the most famous providers out there, but they sure compensate with quality service.
