Hosting package fine but when I came to cancel the package I slipped up - I cancelled the domain renewal but forgot about the hosting. Company refused to refund the £24.99 + VAT. Seems to me they are on a shoestring if they can't return such a small amount for an unwanted, unnecessary service. 'It's your fault,' they said, and it's true - I fell foul of the small print. But to me that's no excuse for what is effectively taking money for nothing.
