We are tech people and have a tendency to always check out apps just to be sure we aren't missing out on any better tools. That has allowed us to change many of the other tools we use for better support, features, pricing, etc. We also look at other options for CRM, Project Mgmt, etc. that Work[etc] provides. We have yet to find anything that can beat the features and support with a better price. We have been able to stay put for years with no reason at all to change.
