Actus is so intuitive to use that people with a wide range of IT skills can use it comfortably. It is a transparent way to objective set, build PDPs and for appraisal as well as capturing relevant information and actions from 1:1's. I have used a number of systems throughout my career and this is the most useful and user friendly one!
