I have 2 personal sites and two forums with Host-ed and have been completely satisfied with every aspect of the company from setting up, to service, to help with little irritating problems at my end. Support is all important to me, I do not know a lot but want to do so much, host-ed host help me along the road all the way. As for their plans, the cost is good for what they have to offer, they through in a lot of extra stuff in the cpanel area which is very useful, for example, fantasico, which let's you install many useful scripts by filling out a small form and hitting a submit button.
