I really can't brag on these guys enough. I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to things like server files, installation files, and whatever else files! That's why I went with Citadel because they claimed to have everything right there, ready to go, and they did. Once I paid for the Wurm Unlimited server hosting, my server was running in about 2 minutes! Every single time I've had a question, someone has responded to me within, literally, 2 minutes. They have guided me through all kinds of things that didn't even have to do with the server issues! I really can't write enough reviews for them. 10/5 stars for sure. I haven't come across any of their staff that has been rude or even slightly unhelpful. James A, David T., they're all awesome and deserve major kudos. If you're thinking about going with Citadel, stop thinking and just do it. You'll seriously not find service better than that!
