I am the only stylist in my salon, and I was worried that I was overcomplicating things going with this software. It is made to support large full service salons, but it actually makes everything more simple- from booking appointments to tracking retail to following my marketing plan! Phorest can do as much or as little as you need it to with amazing customer service (and VERY patient representatives!). I'm glad I made this choice!
