Generally great. Unlimited hosting (I haven't hit a limit so far so can't tell). No problems with downtime at all. The trouble is when you do need to ask something, the customer service team don't seem to have a great grasp of English and aren't hugely helpful. They offer a two year deal with a free domain for £19.99. What doesn't seem to be mentioned is that you have to renew your domain once a year in order to keep it. So you'll spend £19.99 the first year, £9.99 the second, £29.99 the third etc. It's still cheap for hosting, but it costs more than the £19.99 every two years you expect. Getting them to explain and justify that is like trying to learn gobbledygook.
