It's early days, but having bought a web hosting and now a managed VPS plan from Fast Hosting in the past two weeks. I have to say I'm staggered by the excellence of the customer service/support. On average, I've had my (fairly ill-informed) technical queries dealt with within 20 minutes by email. No tickets, no fuss, no automated responses. Just speedy, good-humored responses and fixes. Absolutely no uptime issues so far, all working smoothly. My VPS is all managed for me with a minimum of fuss. Great work Fast Hosting Direct.
