HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I had an ARK server with them, setup with auto-pay. They double billed for my second month. I opened a ticket about this and not only did it take 2 weeks to receive a response but my ticket was closed out 4 times within that two weeks with out a response. When I finally did get a response their answer, in a nutshell, was: "It's your fault. We didn't double bill you." When I explained I had autobilling set up and did not touch any payment options since then they told me that that was impossible and refused to refund me. Then they basically told me to cancel services if I didn't like what they had to say.
