I had purchase a Vps Service and a ssl certificate on 21/11/2016. As i was new to web hosting i had asked support to link my domain that i had purchased from another hosting provider to the newly purchased vps from go4hosting. Surprisingly i learnt it later it was "just to change the nameserver." Go4hosting Demanded to go for their managed services and pay extra for it. They could not even help or inform me to change the nameserver which takes just a min but they sent me 2 links which were reference of other website explaining how to link the domain (Screenshot Attached). I did not even go through those link as i had already paid my dues and it was already discussed with the account manager. There are also toooooooooo many hidden charges that you will realize it after purchasing the hosting. After speaking to the account manger whom I had spoken at the start got the things done "just changed the nameserver". The first day everything was fine. The very next day my cpanel was not accessible. It was a weekend.These guy don't work on weekend and after generating the ticket no response for that weekend thats when i finally decided to make a move and i contacted hostgator.in and trust me they are 1000 times better than far better that go4hosting. After more than a week go4hosting opened my ticket I did not even upload a file on go4hosting's server. I requested for a refund they told me nothing will be provided. I am attaching screenshot to prove the above mentioned comments are 100% true. Thats not it these guys will try to push you to buy the upgraded package and in terms of services they will ask to empty your pockets even more.Pathetic Service. I would rate it -1000000 stars
