Before using The Real PBX's call recording feature, my business managers and I had no way to monitor the performance of our agents apart from the usual call drop rates and other data like that. But now, both my management team and I can gauge individual agent performance using the actual call recording and come up with new and improved communication models to help them close calls quicker.
