We are a US company with existing hosting in the States and recently started trading in the UK so began the hunt for a UK based server. After two failed attempts to set up a server with a separate company my coworker sent over Certa. 15 minutes later we were logged into our new server, now we're getting somewhere. I hadn't realised how slow my current US server is until I was flicking around our sites on Certa's server and the pages loaded in <1s as appose to 3 seconds. That might not sound like a lot but I certainly noticed it! The technician I worked with sent over a very detailed report of the firewall and work done to secure the server. I'm very impressed with the service and support I have received.
