I recently transferred to Media Fortress from another web hosting provider. The process was simple. I called, asked a few questions and got some advice. I signed up and passed on my current hosts details. I rang the next day for an update and it had all been completed. I couldn't believe how fast they were. Support has been good too. They helped me create some new email accounts and sync them up to my gmail account. I hadn't done this before as my web designer had originally set these up. If you're looking for a good Australian web hosting provider then choose these guys.
