TransFirst "partnered" with Womply to force another $29.99 of unwanted fees on my account. Using deceptive practices, they listed on the back of a single months statement that with my free trial I can see how my company will grow with their services. There were no highlights on the front of the statement which is the only page needed to review my detailed information about my account. Instead, they deceptively chose to only put it on the back page after listing it as a free trial and saying if you don't want it, it is your responsibility to contact them. I don't want it and do not like having items forced on me by unscrupulous businesses. Trans First, you have lost my confidence. To make matters worse, Trans First customer service cannot make changes for these charges. You are forced to contact Womply to get it cancelled. However, Womply said they could not refund any of the fees charged. Doesn't it seem like a strange arrangement that TransFirst is unable to stop the fees and Womply is unable to refund the fees? Also, it was also interesting that the name on my account with Womply, that was provided by Trans First, was changed over two years ago. Seems like this scam has been in the works for quite a while. Shame on you Trans First and Womply. I would recommend the boards of these two companies "drain the swamp" and get a new group of managers.
