I have just started working with Kualo in the last month but so far I am extremely impressed. I have worked for 11 years in the web industry and so far I have to say that I am most impressed with not only the services they offer but especially the support. I am working on moving 80 websites from a dedicated private server to Kualo's shared cloud hosting - this obviously is causing issues. But every time I hit something I cannot figure out through their admin interfaces (like cPanel), their support team answers my questions typically within 10-15 minutes. Outstanding service!
