I really like Tresorit. I've used it for about four years and have come to rely on it as part of my backup strategy. I'm not a fan of the cloud but opt for the peace-of-mind and convenience of having certain data backed up there. I feel far more confident about the level of security of Tresorit than of Dropbox and Google Drive. I use them as well, but not for anything confidential. I appreciate the encryption Tresorit offers and that there's no backdoor access to my data. Other pluses for me are that it's not a U.S. company and my data is stored outside the U.S. The desktop client has been easy to use and customize. I set it up and don't think much about it. The app and website are both easy to use, as well. I contacted tech support to change my email address, which required migrating to a new account. I had to email a couple times, but they did follow through and made sure everything was OK afterward. I haven't had any problems that needed urgent attention. Tresorit periodically contacts me for feedback, so they do have ongoing self-assessment. I recommend checking them out.
